You are not quite up to date, my friend. Nasteex was one of the governors that was appointed by Lugatoor few weeks ago and the guys in the video are welcoming him. Btw, majority of the current Khatumo MPs and ministers were in Somaliland so let’s not be selective with the facts.

Hargeisa government is still claiming Badhan and Lasc. I don't think a border agreement set in reality will happen anytime soon.
