I also have a 3ds and psvita. Psvita is a jrpg machine but its a stellar console with gorgeous visuals, shame sony mismanaged it so badly.
The 3ds is aight, the games are as good as the ones on switch, plus more fire emblems, more luigi mansions, more zeldas, etc. The switch is really overrated and tech is very outdated now. It's collecting dust since getting a pc as playing from from the comfort of my room the pc offers immeasurably more.

I treat my Ps Vita as a Trails in the Sky Evolution machine, this shit ain't leaving the Vita cuz licensing also the new Fire Emblem looks great man the art style throwing me off though i got used to Three Houses

I beat all three FE's on the 3ds, but with three houses i still cant continue playing it because of social/dating sim aspects that just sucks the enjoyment out of the game, so the console is just sat there collecting dust.

I played Awakening when I was a kid, didn't appreciate it as much too complex for me back then. Yeah Three Houses is a slow burn, thing I liked most about it was the combat I think I have over 300 hours in Three Houses got all dating/sim endings lol, got guilt tripped twice and got Lysethea in 2 route endings
