This post was inspired by Soulsearching's post on overthinking. It reminded me on my own personal experiences and how I dealt with it. This game is not something I want to see it disappear in a sea of comments so I'll dedicate a thread for this.

You will need to read this several times over and it will open a pandoras box. If you actually take time trying to figure this out, this game will improve your quality of life by a lot and without breaking your bank. This info goes against the conventional knowledge that we have been taught by our elders and the society. Imo one of the best ways to enslave a human being is by compromising your knowledge of diets. This is not one of those go-vegan posts, but it is damn near
I would be selfish if I keep this game to myself and not sharing it.

I will go thru three things briefly, Reduction of sugar, meats and flour, Adaptogenic herbs & homemade nutraceuticals and Probiotics.

This is gonna be a long ass disorganized post, but I'm gonna put you guys on some life-changing game that works even on tight budgets. So bear with me.

I used to suffer from low-level depression, lethargy, anxiety and chronic stress from being burnt out too long from school, drugs and working.

This is a regiment on how I beat them and it helped me getting off drugs as well with minimal withdrawal symptoms.

Step 1: Lay off the caffeine and white sugar for 30 days. They are big culprits. If you can't or don't want to then don't even bother reading the rest.
Step 2: Don't eat from outside, cook your own food, something simple like baasto iyo suugo with tuna, NO RED MEAT.

The reason for it is because the bad gut bacterias feed off the sugar and the meats and white flours and it will overpower the good gut bacteria.
The good gut bacterias produce Vitamin B12 and serotonin. Lack of Vitamin B12 leads to anxiety and depression, lack of Serotonin is the same on top of poor sleeping.

Do you know what people with Autism, people with mood disorders, people with cognitive disorder and people with horrible body odor all have in common? They all have fucked up gut flora. When they started consuming probiotics and herbal smoothies, their lives changed.
Don't believe me, then do your research.

Do your research on probiotics and how to make them at home for cheap, like Kefir, Kombucha and Lacto whey drink, They taste awful but it will improve your mental health in a way that no therapist can. Make sure what you consume is homemade

Get a big bowl (the one you make canjeero with) and mix these adaptogenic powders together

My beginner blend aka No-stress energy mix

250g Maca Root,
100 g Ashwagandha,
250 g Moringa,
100 g Siberian Ginseng
100 g Burdock Root

You can add more herbs like gingko biloba, panax ginseng, brahmi, tongkat ali into the mix, it depends on your budgets and don't go overboard.
Use for 3 weeks straight and take a weeks break and then go back, for your body to get used to it. Wallahi you'll notice a clean mental energybetter than coffee and you wont crash like coffee. Your sleep quality will improve by a lot.

Make sure they are all organic.

After mixing them thoroughly, put them in 2 big mason jars. It will last you for roughly 2 months

Take 1 and half teaspoons of that blend and mix in a cup of hot water and add raw honey to your taste.
Fill a 1,5 liter coke bottle halfways with cold water, put that herbal drink with a funnel into the bottle. Shake it and enjoy it. Drink 2 bottles thru the day
You can also put them in a smoothie with frozen berries and fruits. Whatever works for you.

If you make your own sea moss gel, you will get 2x the benefits if you add it aswell.

People with autoimmune diseases are better off just fasting, eating plant based and consume herbs that detoxes the colon, the lymphatic system and kidneys for a couple months.
They need to consume probiotics to heal the colon and the gut lining so that foreign objects doesn't get thru the lining and into the bloodstream so that a flare up occurs.

Autoimmune disease is a consequence of a leaky gut. Healing the leaky gut with probiotics is the most effective way to treat autoimmune disorders.
Probiotics also detoxes the liver by breaking down compounds that couldn't be broken down by the gut and is taxing the liver.

However they should consult a physician to test them before they start a new diet and do regular checkups over the course of one year

I love pasta and cheese, :banderas: but I’m cutting caffeine from my diet. It causes acne for me, and no skin care routine can eliminate it. Looking good requires sacrifices abaayo.

I feel you, but hey, this ain't for everybody. Quitting Hilib ari and oodkac is like quitting crack.


At the end of the day, you got a choice. You have to find what motivates you in short-term and long-term to change.

Personally, I want my brain to be able to stay focused for 12+ hour shifts and still have the brainpower to pursue my other goals in life.
I also wanna be looking like 40 when I'm 60 and I want to be able to please my lady at an old age. I don't wanna be 40 or 50 stocking pills for laabjeex iyo kacsiga and getting sick of my old lady and the kids.

You have to ask yourself, what can I do to improve the quality of my life. Sometimes it's not always what you add on to your life that will make you happy but what you cut out from your life that might make you happier.

Kinda like minimalism in a sense

I haven’t had red meat since 2009 and my b12 is fine which is interesting. Vitamin D with magnesium everyday is what I’d recommend if you live in a cold country with a lack of sun.

Well I suffered from IBS for many years and I’ve realised when I cut out refined sugar and grains, (I still eat white rice) fructose and fried foods I feel so much better. I follow a Paleo type of diet and I’ve never felt so good in my life my gut bacteria are happier too. Once you eat like this you’ll lose weight rapidly and not feel hungry all the time.

I don't blame you as they taste very great (and historically our ancestors would have killed for sugars and fats) as they were scarce . Normally, we only stop consuming certain foods when we feel like we must since prioritizing health requires sacrifices.

I checked out some Youtube clips on oxygen therapy and it's health benefits just by bringing more oxygen to the blood to recover faster and to be more clear-headed.
I was reading this book called the one minute cure and I was very intrigued.
It was rumored that professional MMA fighters was using it to perform better and to recover from injuries faster. They say even Lebron is on that shit too. It kinda makes sense on how fast Lebron recovers from injuries and the intensity of his training.

I'm gonna order food grade hydrogen peroxide and water distiller at the end of this month.
I'm gonna have to try for 30 days and report back.
