JL is the most transparent FMS which publishes its quarterly financial reports since 2014 and 80% of its revenue stream is through ports of entryβs and border towns like Dhobley & beledxawo so if we are a paper state,how do you think we survived Farmaajoβs blockade & whom do you think was paying civil servants & the forces of the the state ?Xamar makes more money than PL+JL. Most of our revenue is going into building FGS and we are already reaping the returns of our investments.

FGS is already subsidising Hirshabelle, GM and SWS with revenue from Xamar. The gap between these states is shrinking every year.
