@Galmudug-State @Bariire this is an excellent model of development, it beats the shitty hotels that we all focus on, we need industris and mass employment so our locals are richer who will then reinvest into properties and businessses.

I have adviced PL to bring in investors to develop warehouses like this one for producing bedding, furnitures, doors, windows and supplier of the Somali construction industry so we don't import these basic items and create thousands of jobs locally for Puntland.

I want PL being the manufacturer of doors, windows, and housing and office furnitures for the rest of Somalia. Imagine how many jobs this will create and then I want our bankers to provide loans to these workers so they reinvests into business investment or housing.

@Pwyneth Galtrow @Periplus I urge Puntites to forget the 'export' game, let galmudug fail in that strategy. Export game is capped by global consumption rates and global competitors. Each nation knows the figures and data on how much materials, products, aand commodity they need and they block out any 'excess' suppliers so it doesn't effect their established companies.

Puntites needs economists to 'scan' everything that is imported in Somalia and start tackling how to produce it locally, we then have a key advantage, Somalis will be forced to buy locally as it's cheaper getting from Puntland then overseas, this we will have the whole somalia market at majerten footstep rather then joining the global market competition thru exports.

After we get our puntite economists to work out the supply-chain-cost to production-market rates-and energy costs-tax ratees, we must then calculate the pricing of puntland products, raw resources, materials and make it 'cheaper' locally then their export counterparts.

I knowJust the truck transport n port shipment of global products and taxes applied will make it more expensive to it's puntland counterparts who will just have incur transport costs and this alone will give us full dominance of Somali markets as far as Ethiopia.

@Pwyneth Galtrow I will open up an office in Puntland and then Somalia and provide 'project management' expertise to make Puntland the fastest and quickest developers, u need to follow project management frameworks when your developing a new product, building, IT, etc and break up project tasks and deliverables to specfied completion dates, note down key milestones like when various phases are completed, and manage your budget and investors to this timetable so there isn't any blown out costs.

Puntland and Somalia take their time in everything they do because they don't follow 'nidaam' laysku halayn karo and this won't give investors confidence about their investment. A house should take only 12 weeks when u follow project management frameworks, not 2 years like u see in Somalia. This slow development rate will increase costs to people and they will walk away.

@Galmudug-State why do all your posts reek of seeking acceptance from Darod people?
I have lurked on here for several months. All your posts give me the vibe of "please Darod, I am now civilized, don't look down on me".

Since federation has been introduced. All governments and people must compete against each other, this is one of the strengths of federalism, it leads to competition. I don't mind @Galmudug-State joining the race or else he knows his ppl will be left behind and eventually be treated like b22n marehans. I congratulate HG to accept this. No more putting our eggs into one basket and then complaining about who is right n wrong.

Now we will know who is the best people in Somalia and who are the worst thru separation of governments and this can be used as evidence to the Somali people who are the scumbags holding us behind. So far Marehan hasn't joined the race and is being left behind.

Those dumb b22n sit on the juba river and don't even know how to utilize it for agriculture and selecting the best seeds that are 'low in production' so they increase their margins or turning their river as the source of electricity hub for south Somalia and running down 'electricity' grid to all the south.

@Galmudug-State is smart he doesn't like HG policy of allying with B22n marehan, what the hell did they gain from allying with Marehan since the 90s? xitaa marki la dortay farmaajo they didn't pay back the HG with a prime minister and selected his damn 'seedi' kheyre. At least Mj are always loyal to abgaal and reward them with PM because we keep our alliance strong. We honor galkacyo agreements since 93 up untll today. Majertens are not bad people and Galmudug knows this when u look at all the 'evidence' available, u can't deny it. The reason HG sided with Marehan especially 'cayr' was so they can sideline Majerten.

@Pwyneth Galtrow the other industry we should target is 'medication production' warehouses. In Australia they wait for a new medication and when it has become free of patent, they copy the ingredients and sell it as 'generic' brands with various names.

PL should really target this industry for the whole continent, and find out which medications are in most demand across the continent and become the manufacturer. This is an un-tapped industry and no competitor on the continent. We will boom into billionaires across Africa like we did when MJ's dominated the oil, trucking and construction sector of new african countries, the reason was the locals didn't tap into the industry and I see a big tycoon coming out of the medication industry as the new frontier. All the medication ingredients are listed publically and free once the patent runs out. So it's just a matter of getting the ingredients and ur done.

I will definitely buy shares if Puntite business ppl come together to begin this new industry.

These guys are smart. They can eridicate thyroid enlargement and goiter from Somalia because they added iodine in the salt. They just need to market this seriously.

@DR OSMAN one of the best things I love about Australia is that I can purchase medicine for less than $10.

Amazing wallahi.

Medicine production is badly needed back home. At least the basics like paracetamol etc.

Yes Australia is a great country. We are lucky we are here in comparison to America. Even if u don't work, everyone is eligible to welfare payments 'permantely' and it's not 'time restricted' like America where u get it for a year only or some ridiculous shit and it's different to the europe system which operate like an 'insurance' which means u need to work first and earn up credits before accessing their welfare.

We have good disability pensions and what I love the most is the 'age pension'. Once u reach 65 and over, most somalis just take the age pension and retire in Somalia. Not bad payment rate, I think it's $2000 a month, most Somalis take that and live in Somalia like a King. Even the Disability pension is $2000 a month. The unemployment benefit is bit less I think it's $1300.

We don't have to pay also exorbitant fees for university like America, it's all subsidized, anyone paying more then 20k for a 4 year bachelor is unheard of, where-as in America it's like 250k to do a bachelor. U cud literally buy a home. Plus our medicare system as u mentioned is all subsidized medication and we can see doctors for free and get any surgery for free.

I know ppl recovering from cancer and they pay only $10 bucks for cancer medication that cost 100,000 in America. All our specialist, xrays, and any medical tests are free. That's why they call Australia the 'lucky' country, u gotta be lucky to be here. The great thing is Australia is Majerten dominated. It's basically MJ and all Somali combined that are equal here.

Plus the weather is similar to Africa across the continent bar the 'south east coast' which has 4 seasons but even the 4 seasons there is nothing like europe ice or america it's still mild weather and the sun is out just bit chilly for 3 months.

The north part of australia is just two season wet n dry but always hot loooooooool. Queensland is known as the sunshine state and humid like florida. Perth and Western australia is mediterrenean weather like spain.

Australia is like florida and california weather systems but on a continental scale loooooool. I been to America, very tough country sxb, it's ok for holiday but get out and come back to Australia, where it's safer to raise kids, the jobs pay better, even cleaners here earn $30 bucks or more. Over in America they struggle hard and work long hours and get not even a fraction of what u get paid in Australia.

@Periplus the other thing that is great about australia, our houses are massive and we have huge quarter acre back and front yards for the kids to play. In the UK, wallahi when i went there, the homes are 'attached' to each other no space at all and the gardens are like small plots that resemble a 'box' shape but a very small patch.

@Periplus I used to see ppl in america with trolley and sleeping under bridges and highways, u won't see that shit on our highways or cities. The social safety net was created for that reason, that everyone has a basic home and sustenance. We Aussies also get 9% on top our salary for superannuation and our retirement, even if u dont have superannuation u can still access the age pension which is only restricted by 'age' and nothing else. If u finish your superannuation by some chance u slip over to the age pension.
