Galmudug Needs To Learn From PL/SL/DDSI

I urge GM to send study teams to PL/SL/DDSI and study how they're systems operate. U won't see moryan in PL/SL/DDSI walking around and eating at cafes, they are all in prison serving time for they're crimes. In PL/SL/DDSI if any region harms another, they rely on the judicial system in place in those areas to handle they're criminals.

Where-as in GM, your moryans,sheikh, students, business ppl all live together freely in public, they're is no legal system in GM, no courts or prisons or anywhere to execute justice, that's why PL always demands you hand over your criminals to PL, because you don't have a justice system in place that can give anyone confidence that justice will be served against your moryans.

That's my advice to GM, it's a shame but true, your ppl live like it's a jungle, you don't separate your bad people from the good like other regions, and your bad if they harm others from other regions you hide them and consider them 'geesi' and shit, but they're not geesi, you know PL will 'target' your people on the streets of Galkacyo, as they know how to respond to your ppl with no legal system who live like a jungle. Before u cry that 2 of your business ppl or sheikhs were killed in revenge attacks, I urge GM to address they're lack of government services in they're land.

So it's better u create a justice system in GM rather then living in fear of 'aarsi' because 'revenge' will come when your govt doesn't address the lack of judicial system in your land.

I tried to ask @Pwyneth Galtrow about this issue in GM, but she hasn't responded. I think she sees the place as a jungle and PL must play along jungle laws(aarsi) with them. It's sad but true

I am urging GM citizens, u know PL can play 'jungle law' also, I warn you PL will wait for 10 years untill they find 'two sacad' in galkacyo who is of 'high stature and respected' among you and helps his community and they will do 'aarsi' u know we won't target low level khat eaters if we play jungle law as that won't hurt u, before it reaches that stage, hand over your criminals to PL. There is no 'bun iyo faataxo' in PL, ha nagu qaldin abgaal and do not think we are Marehan who will just sit there and cry 'walalaha galgaduud' shit as u target their ppl.

I urge my omar mahmoud brothers, I am not satisfied they only hand over the killers. They killed 2 sarkaals of importance, this must be dealt thru jungle law(aarsi), target their big business owners like royal hotel and a 'sheikh' among them who is crucial to they're people.

I would tell my nabadoons to 'register time, date, and names of offenders' and keep that as 'open un resolved' conflict and wait your time boys till you target they're important ppl in revenge. @Pwyneth Galtrow In PL back in the day of the sultanates. We had 2 judicial legal systems.

Nomadic Xeer
Shariyah

Then when colonials came we added secular laws and punishment like prisons.

I personally prefer 'nomadic xeer' where u allowed to kill in revenge from another clan with the same 'stature' or higher stature or you can accept compensation. In this case I wud prefer nomadic xeer, it's far better in these situations then shariyah where they don't take into consideration the importance of the victim killed and the killer who is of low stature.

In those situations where our important ppl are harmed, we must use nomadic xeer to seek justice and kill someone from them of the same weight and stature or higher. This keeps the peace better then shariah because all clans will send in their low lives to kill your important ppl and only lose a low life while u lost an important member of your community.
