Tell me what does GM do besides claiming to be a 'regional state'. Just name me one function of GM, please tell me? Your policing is under the hands of the federal govt, your projects are in the control of PL or the Federal Govt. GM south mudug portion was controlled by PL up untill '1998' were it was ceded back to the 'dulis' who promised to 'live in peace' with the new PL state.

I have yet to see GM perform anything independently as a regional state. So why do we not call GM a Federal 'territory' or some other status that reflects the true nature of GM rather then making them appear as if they are 'equal' to PL/JL who are fully functioning states with a constitution, military, police, ministries, infrastructure, and a large 'territory' and stable politics.
