I mean that stupid little library in galmuran that was opened while on the same day all this development has happened in Puntland, showing u for one library in galmuran, there is 10 projects on-going the same day in PL.

Let's be honest galmuran isn't a real state, it's a paper state only. They dont conduct government activities in galmuran. It's an emerging state which is code word for 'dawlado soo korayo' which is code word for 'mamul aan jirin oo iska dhigayo mamul'.

PL has a distinguished status above other regional governments, in-fact it's above the SFG, because we existed before the SFG.

Galmuran isn't a real state, this is a paper based state. It's territory is tiny only 200 kilometers from one side of galmuran to the other side of galmuran. U created two mamuls in between south galkacyo to afgoye which is 750 kilometers. Yet there is one mamul for the same territory in PL, bosaso to galkacyo is also 750 kilometers. Go figure that. We must tell the federal government GM/HS share in the SFG must be porportioned to match Puntland share only because that's all the territory they control.
