PL and GM are like two separate countries in reality when you compare development in PL the following is happening;
1. Road rehabilitation on the national highway, new roads and bridges being paved within every major town.
2. 2 new port developments in Bosaso and Garacad
3. Huge electricity upgrade in Bosaso
4. Bosaso airport terminal upgrade and new five star airport hotel
5. The usual new schools in rural areas, referral hospitals, markets, water coverage expansion rurally.
6. All the ministries are completed and new modern parliament is under way.
7. Private investment on large scale like Green City in Bosaso, Amal estate in Garowe, Wacan Village in Galkacyo, Manufacturing, Hotels
8. Farming is now a big thing
You can't compare PL and GM with a straight face. We shall see forest projects in each gobol as they compete so each gobol has a forest

Saaxib galmudug is none existent states, and it get all of its budget from the donors unlike puntland. So comparing ourselves to these miskeens called galnus is highly unfair.
It’s actually called galnusPuntland is an autonomous region whilst galmudug is a gobolstay positive respect others

Meanwhile, Beco is building 145mw solar on the outskirts of xamar. 100% locally funded. U think they won’t expand to HS/GM ??

Ditoore, let’s not compare ourselves with failed states. I want to know how much of our budget has been collected through taxes? Let’s work towards a framework that enables us a more tax collection and wherein taxation represents 80% of total revenues.

You very well know that know that I hold no affection to somaliland I am one of the biggest somaliland haters on this forum, since when was telling the truth showing affection
Every Project undertaken is either fully funded locally, very few projects is supported which are the ones the federal govt has to approve which they don't due to jealousy, cause their budget is 90% foreign aid even their govt salaries.
We only get help on some projects and even then it's always under the co funding principle, which is a western policy in all PL projects as they know we are fully self sufficient in most areas except large scale capital intensive projects and even then they have a funding contribution requirement where 30% PL govt pays, 10% local govt contributes funds since their the project zone, 60% international contribution. It's a 60/40 rule co funding projects.
Every other region just gets 100% full aid cause their locals are broke bruv, 99% a dollar a day wallets can't contribute nothing in tax revenues. That's why the federal govt and SL are hell bent on destroying us so their ppl dont see the reality of our strong middle class, while their middle class don't exist is reality or else why don't they ever contribute to their own projects like we do. We r nearly fully locally dependent on project delivery and only a small amount of projects is co pay as we speak.

Do U see us ever starting a conflict with U guys? Listen waryaa U guys do that constantly with PL thru the SFG and U know why cause your jealous of us, but to us U guys don't even matter U don't even exist for us to care about U.
U gotta mean something for us to even hate U let alone fuckin be langaab jealous of your development or cancelling scholarships and international aid. If you guys just left us alone we wouldn't mention u like we don't mention Djibouti or NFD.
