After bringing the political opponents who were engaged in the political conflict face to face the Vice President and Speaker of Galmudug made a ultimatun to Ahmed Duale Geele Haaf which would make him conform to the FG.

1. That Haaf accepts the FG decision on foreign affairs and defence matters.

2. That he reverses his decision to support the Saudi-UAE coalition.

3. That he apologises for the house arrest of the VP and Speaker.

4. That he takes out the clan militia he brought to Adado.

5. That the finalisation of the talks and next stage, the banned Federal MP's which do not support Haaf and the ones already in Adado who are Haaf supporters shall have equal access and participation.

After successful initial talks in bringing the parties together on one table, the latter dialogue in resolving the political conflict failed.

52 Galmudug MP's impeached the President of Galmudug.

Adado the temporary seat of Galmudug administration is home to various militias.

Amisom is present, a Presidential candidate who is rumoured to have the backing of the FG is being protected by troops that are loyal to him and the FG.

Mokillem there are still few things needed to take into consideration.

It is all about garnering clan support. It is subclans vying for power.

Now the guy who is in opposition and the FG wants to install as the new President is from a branch of the Barahley clan that Haaf hails from.

Haaf is now portraing himself as the saviour of Galmudug and his clan. The other guy is portrait as a traitor ti the clans 'interests'. They view it as an outside plot that is intended to humiliate and weaken them basically a take-over.

It lies all on how strong each party is it will likely linger on unless a decisive resolution is brought like one party defeating the other politically with the help of the International Community or other stakeholders or a war one party coming out on top,

Once the parliament chooses a new guy xaaf will be something of the past like cosoble lol, no matter what he says he will not be relevant. Remember cosoble been saying Iam the president but where is he now :cool:

TheMadMullah Cosoble was not a politician like Haaf who was a politician for 20 years.

Haaf also was part of the conflict in the early nineties.

He is also a businessman who partook in the murky dealings that made him rich.

Lastly Cosoble was impeached in Jowhar not his base and strong hold.

well, let me correct you. first of all the MPs who tried to impeach Haaf were under 20 MPs (17), who were paid by Ahmed sharif who was a presidential candidate in the last Galmudug elections, who got a lot of money and support from the federal government. when the 38 MPs who were supporting Haaf said the failed impeachment was done by 17 MPs who were paid off in a hotel located in Adado the 17 MPs ran off to Dhusamareb where they were arrested by Ahlusuna wal jama. Last but not least, even if all the MPs tried to Impeach Haaf it wouldn't have worked because they president must i've been in office 6 months or more and haaf has been in office for 4 months.

Today, the galmudug parliament removed both the Vice president and Speaker of the parliament. 52 MPs attended the impeachment in the parliament hall not it didn't happen in a hotel, it happened in the parliament hall, it was attended by president haaf, the second speaker of parliament xareed and 52 MPs who got in with their identification cards and of course the media was there as well. http://www.caasimada.net/faahfaahin...amaanka-iyo-madaxweyne-ku-xigeenkii-galmudug/

it was done by Ahmed sharif some guy who was sponsored by The federal government last elections, he lost a lot of money to the MPS last election so he is mad and wants to become the president which He 100% lost and will never ever be elected since he tried this coup. Haaf is not playing :lol:
Ahmed sharif is using the federal army brigade 21 of the army, and now haaf will build private Galmudug army.
