Freedom of movement is a bad idea. Puntland should have left it at security cooperation. There is no reason why we have to treat Galkacyo as a single city. If Puntland wants peace. The best thing to do would be to slowly bulldoze all homes 100 meters from the green line, while compensating residents. In that space you could build a simple concrete&wire barrier running along the green line. The sooner this is done the cheaper, this option will not be viable 20 years from now when many new investments will have been made close to the city center. We need more separation from the south not freedom of movement.
