It's safe between HG and MJ

No need for Bantu AMISOM
Its seems to be at the Centre of Somalia.

At least the capital would benefit from hindsite city planning.

Mogadishu to retain the Business capital.

Galkacyo is clan neutral compared to Xamar and isn’t a place any one clan can claim its the perfect capital to have.

This would also boost the economy of 3 cities at once Garacad Galkacyo and Hobyo would all surge with development. This benefits everybody but the powers at be in the fed have no control over Galkacyo and cant declare it anything from anything. They couldn’t even visit it without permission let alone decide it as their new homebase.

I feel like if the capital is ever changed, a new city by the coastline should be constructed. A place that is uninhabited and also has a strategic location incase of an invasion.

Gaalkacyo needs town planning, it has a lot of great development but due to insecurity and tensions, it cannot be the capital.

I prefer a rotating capital system in a confederal system, where each capital of the respective federal states hosts the President/Senate/Parliament a few months of the year.
