It's female sense of entitlement to think that society can protect every woman from rape. Rape cannot be controlled but their can be protocols place to deter ppl from raping. However that does not change the fact that if abdul next door gets fed up and decides he wants to die rapes someone then we can't predict nor prevent it, we can only punish him and wonder what went wrong.

That is why i ask females everywhere to not get angry at every rape that happens because we as a society still don't know what causes men to rape. Instead we must punish them and spend our efforts in this world trying to find out what causes rape and how to prevent it before it happens.
