I am not sure what their problem is the HG. They told us to return home, every tribe who isn't hawiye. We have done that, we came back and said let's be govt with federalism where every tribe stays in their homeland. Even @Dues Ex Machete admitted they turned the war 'tribal' it wasn't an 'insurgency'. They even say till this day, 'everyone stay in your tribal lands'.
