Well actually, we have a 0.2% share in an Arab League run satellite project that provides communications for us.

Somalia’s role? This is more like Arab league program for all Arab states, probably Somalia got its share because every Arab state should have some.

As in, what do we get out of it. What does our share entitle us to and is there a way for a future Somali government to increase its share??

There’s no need in us putting satellites in space in the future if our government can just pay a few million for a larger share.
