This happens to ppl who visit Somalia and drink local water or milk. I took some medicines alxamdulillah I was ok. Otherwise you spend a week in a hospital

3 years but I got better, now it's back.

What tests can they do to see what may be wrong? I've had blood tests 6 months ago everything was good.

I'm guessing that was the problem. You might wanna still get checked up but also improve your eating habits
