I previously posted about Halima Farah, an elderly Somali woman who was attacked by Da'Seanna Williams. Williams was targeting Somalis in Minneapolis in a series of robberies. She pistol whipped Halima so severely that a piece of the gun had broken off; she had a fractured skull, bleeding on her brain and wounds as a result of this violent attack. She also suffered bone fractures to her shoulder blade and skull, hemorrhages in her skull, lacerations on her face and had a gunshot wound to her upper thigh and buttocks area.

I first heard about this attack on somalispot and was shocked to see that Williams was released on bail. @soulmates revealed that it was the Minnesota Freedom Fund who helped bail out Williams.
Halima Farah was interviewed by Fox News, and explained that Williams was bailed out by the MN Freedom Fund.

Williams was arrested after the attack but was bailed out by the Minnesota Freedom Fund, After she was released on bail with the help of the Minnesota Freedom Fund for beating, shooting and robbing Farah, Williams committed a non-violent crime of felony check forgery. Williams later pleaded guilty to one count of first-degree aggravated robbery and one count of second-degree assault with a dangerous weapon. She was sentenced to prison as part of the plea agreement and is expected to be released in April 2025.
"I realized that I didn’t get justice at all," Farah told Fox News Digital, saying the Minnesota Freedom Fund "fosters criminal behavior and leaves victims without a sense of justice."
She is 100% correct. Not to sound rw, but we need to ask ourselves if some of these leftist organizations actually benefit us? How is it okay for someone to target members of our community and get bail? These organizations advertise themselves as helping innocent madows who are the victims of racist cops but this isn’t true. This woman attacked an elderly Somali woman and had targeted numerous others but was still given access to bail funds. The people who work at these orgs read about her case and still decided to help her. That’s horrific. Anyone who has donated to these freedom fund orgs should feel ashamed.
@soulmates is correct. We are already being portrayed as antiblack for fighting back against people who are targeting us. Can you imagine the uproar and backlash we would receive if we pooled money together to bail out Somalis who were attacking madows? Not only do they attack us irl while pretending we’re the evil racists online, they’re also using funds to free people who attack us. How can anyone defend this?
@soulmates post prompted me to read more about the MN freedom fund and I was shocked to find out they helped bail out a criminal who had been charged with arson in 2021; he then went on to set fires to masjids in Minneapolis in 2023.

Little was charged with arson in 2021 for allegedly lighting a vehicle on fire outside an apartment building he used to live in in Minneapolis. He had been evicted weeks prior, according to charging documents. He was bailed out by Minnesota Freedom Fund, and the case is still pending.
Why are funds being used to help criminals who target us? Who is approving this? I’m sure they must read about the case and crimes a person has been charged with before deciding whether or not to allocate funds to them; this means these orgs are reading about people committing crimes and targeting us and still choosing to help bail them out. Again, anyone who donates to these orgs or supports them should feel ashamed.
@soulmates shared in her post that her grandfather was robbed and attacked by a madow criminal. The criminal was then bailed out by a similar organization. How is this acceptable? Why are victims being treated in this way? There are real humans reading about people targeting us, committing hate crimes against us and still deciding to help them. And despite this, we are being told that we’re “antiblack”. I hope that people read threads like this and understand that they should never give in to dumb & false antiblack claims about us. My posts may sound repetitive but I had no idea that leftist orgs were doing things like this. I’m shocked and disgusted.

Who is able to pay the bail? 100k is not a small money, maybe and org?
I can't imagine that ayeeyo feeling knowing that that criminal is free in her neighbourhood.
And what kind of shitty justice systems they have in the US?.
MN Somalis should do a research on those who bailed her out

Imagine if Somalis pooled money together to bail out a Somali who attacked an elderly madow. That would never happen but they did it to us. Can these coons explain this????? Why do they have a whole organization to defend criminals that attacked innocent people especially one who targeted elderly Somalis.

My Awoowe who lives in Columbus was also robbed by a madow. Alhamdulilah he was fine but he was injured. That madow also got out on bail thanks to these organizations. Can the coons here explain that…
