DP World is establishing a Free Zone in Berbera. Maybe talk to DP World subsidiary P&O Ports the people who now run Bosaso Port.

They are upgrading the Port and establishing a free zone right next to it. Maybe P&O Ports can look into getting a contract from their parent company DP World to establish something in Bosaso if P&O Ports can’t do it itself
