I think its pretty obvious that clans change. You guys are forgetting how common war,drought, and other stuff is in somalia. Entire clans have probably migrated to escape stuff like this. And probably new clans have moved into areas that became depopulated becuase of these kinds of events.

What tax are they talking about?

The quarish is a confederation themselves of J1 carriers mixed with T and E1b1, there is a subclade of ty45591 which which is a paragroup(if more people in asir take the test it might form its own subclade) it split off from tyb182320(this clade has arab and somali branch) one stayed behind in Asir region while the Somali one came over forming Dir clan.
