And the FGS should spread this evenly. Even if it doesn’t give it to states, it should use that money to fund projects across the country.

Also weren’t you saying the new Minister will go back to the 60-40 formula? You would think the IMF would want all FGS funding to follow this formula. If that’s the case I can see why the new Minister thought he could treat the IMF budgetary support the same way all other aid is treated.

Why the FGS build project with its budget if FMS can collect their own taxes from their ports. Like why the FGS would make a port let’s say in Galmudug where it wouldn’t get any taxes from it?

The education should be standardised. It is unthinkable that some are calling for uneven education system for all just for history subjects

It should be that all high school students meet the requirements for their national Uni exams and everyone being able to apply for any uni across the country, not being doomed to be under qualified because you got horrible education
