Whether they're Hawiye or not, they will be released. Somalia has neither the will not the resources to combat illegal fishing. It still baffles me that there are thousands of Somalis starving in IDPs all over the peninsula, eating expired UN Aid when we are blessed with huge marine resources.

These are small time fishers, not companies that are stealing hundreds of thousands of tons.
