Hi all I hope your all doing well . I wanted to ask for these people who use and have experience on LinkedIn how well has it worked for you guys in terms of finding career developments, work and networking . My second question is what tips and tricks do you guys have to make a professional but also eye catching profile to catch recruitment agencies interests. Many thanks for these who take the time to comment on my post I'm really grateful for your advice and input.

Get LinkedIn premium, it's free for the first month. I got my last two roles with it in the past. Get the App which searches for the role too, you can swipe for jobs all day on your way to the gym.

Premium costs 120euros a months, f*ck that.

Get membership on groups in your field, they usually post jobs there. Or alumni groups of from your university.

Actually I was discouraged because 2 friends I know said they have not gained much from using Linkedln but I will remain in optimistic mindset and hope for the best sometimes you have to take chances even if the odds seems daunting

LinkedIn is so resourceful, get into the private groups and message managing directors, tell a really brief story about your situation and you'll be suprised how helpful they can be. These people spend their free time there all the time

I had great interviews with firms in Crawley and Luton just because of networking on it

However I have one major problem most of my temp roles I done last for 1 weeks sometimes 2 weeks one was one day and the others 1 month and 6 weeks how to I put this in LinkedIn. It looks and sounds like I was job hopping in very short time but thats the nature of temporary agency work and the voluntary work experience I gained

Slap them roles onto your profile, they will decorate you. Just make sure you put the ones which stand out on your CV

Do you also follow past companies you worked for or does it come across as begging to be notice. Because I generally would like to see how the past companies I worked for are doing thats all really

Yeah definitely, you need to keep an eye on your industry, including your old places.

Don't mention them separately but group the entire timeline into one time period. For example 1/09/2016-1/12/2016 temporary employer for various companies such as blablabla. Make sure to elaborate and even exaggerate your responsibilities. Don't lie but exaggerate.
