I like making Somali baris with hiliib or oven grilled spicy chicken.
It's easy and quick and my go to recipe for Friday haha.

Yes of course I can cook..
My favorite dish is to make fresh salmon (marinated) on a pan with cooked potatoes and steamed vegetables on the side with hollandaise sauce. Very delicious
