I've heard junk food addiction is worse than drugs.

Junk food was made to be addictive and it doesn't help that junk food has a marketing machine behind it. I've never seen Beyonce sing about Vitamixing vegetables. It's all Pepsi. But on the bright side consumer tastes are changing. So many people love kombacha and I see a vegan friendly and gluten free resturant opening on every corner. It wasn't like this 10 years ago.

And vegan lifestyle became cool now, now you've vegan and keto options in restaurants. Even frozen dinner meals have vegan options. I hope the healthy lifestyle keeps on evolving. You can now shop for veggies and fruits at a reasonable prices it's not always organic but it's healthier than a bag of chips.
