It's important that the HSM administration has a good relationship with all federal states, I wouldn't mind a strong federal government having ultimate control over Somalia but this must have the consent of every FMS' leadership

I think Puntland should be left alone. They are the furthest away and they’ve shown they can live on their own. It would cause unnecessary problems to provoke them laakin Jubaland has no excuse. HSM has alot of things to deal with this term.
