For the past few days I've had possibly one of the worst sleep schedules ever.
I'd stay up as late as 5-6 am (basically an all nighter) then sleep for about 12 hours, waking up from 4-6 pm. I did this for like 4-5 days now and I'm trying to fix it.
I woke up at 5:30 pm yesterday, and as of now it's 5:58 am. So I've been awake for a little over 12 hours. Normally I'd sleep at around this time and wake up again 12 hours later and repeat the cycle. But now I have a different idea, I will stay up for another 12 hours, and sleep at maybe 10 pm in order to fix my sleep schedule.
So I'll be awake for 29 hours. Actually no I'll sleep at 8 pm, so I'll only be awake for 27 hours, and I imagine I'll sleep for about 15 hours, so I'll wake up decently early too.
