Fitness: Cravings while cutting

In my 2nd week right now cutting but I am reallyyyy craving fast food....
How do you guys deal with this? Have a cheat meal once a week for my mental sanity or should I just power through?

That way you don't have to have these
cravings and mental games.

70-80 % "clean" and the rest whatever you like.
