I didn't get access to that crop of leadership from the civilian era experiment, but heaps from Kacaan and obviously warlord and moryan era due to my own maternal ties to the city plus conditioning during my formative years in the Golden age of it from 94 to 2006 I was there around the later period tho were they were making some good coin on various rackets locally and overseas.
