i have listened to him he said as maamul he supports them but at the same time they will have their rights in PL and we will defend them during the interim period. This is the khilaaf point. SFG wants to keep under it for political reasons in this interm period not part of PL. Deni knows this wich is all about Dhulbahante votes so he hints that they will vote in PL(their rights)

Also, that in 1998 the Dhulbahante built Puntland, and that Sool was part of this constitution that he intends to uphold. He said he recognises their administration and respects their wishes. What he is getting at is that they will continue to hold their political and security positions in Puntland, and the forces that were part of Puntlands military that are now in Sool, will continue to receive their salary and stipends for two years until that axdi becomes a state constitution. It is a win-win situation really.

The leaders of the Dhulbahante are more aware than others that recognizing SSC-Khatumo as a federal state has nothing to do with Puntland or Somaliland, but they will be recognized if they gather the approval of the majority members of the Somali Parliament. This may happen in the future ( but not NOW ).

Firdhiye needs to slow down. He should always consult with garaads in any move dealing with the federal government. HSM, will never recognize SSC and I can bet my life on it. The pressure both from Hawiye and Isaaq is just immense to recognize them. He will however try to use Fardhiye in his short-term plans and that's what Fardhiye needs to be very careful. The last thing Fardhiye can do is to fall for the fake promises of HSM. Deni got tricked an he's still paying the price
