Would it ever be viable to have a proper port in sanaag ? Xiis / maydh seem like prime locations but i know the geography around it is quite mountainous , it would be a money machine though and make the region more self sufficient

Would warsangeli ( and dhulbahante maybe ) have the funds to invest in such an infrastructure projects , would they be able to crowdfund the way garacad did ?

Xiis & Maydh are Isaaq towns and are owned by sub clans much larger and richer than Warsengali. Go invest in Badhan & Las Qoray
