So when a man become president in somalia his qabiil usually leverage this and amass corrupt wealth in the case of hawiye, or steal land in the case of marehan darod so what if we arrested all adult males of any presidents clan? Like right now we should arrest all marehans and treat them as potential corrupt thugs until farmajo leaves office.
