No, I already told you the e-visa system is here to stay whether you like it or not because it's the global standard for border and immigration security. Even if something happens, it will only be taken offline to have the issues fixed and brought back online. Don't let the secessionist propaganda fool you. It's clear that the hacking is coming from Hargeisa but their efforts are pointless politically, all it will do is harm Somalis who are travelling to Somalia which includes Hargeisa, Burco, and Berbera.
