Why can't we produce drones locally? Houthis, Hamas, Ukraine, etc, where able to produce it, hamas who are under strict and heavy sanctions can make weapons and drones, not in support to Hamas, but to point that it is not that hard.

i'll be real with you thats basically impossible. unless you mean mean hooking up a bomb to a dji drone, the fact it hasnt already been tried should tell you enough about our state of affairs.

We need to invest in Nuclear scientists, engineers and Somali weapon producers instead of lining the pockets of turkey and the west. We need to become self independent and build our own tools like Iran has been doing and use that to import it to proxies in other countries.

Doqonkii ogadeen. Iran has oil and a highly educated population and it is taking them decades to produce a nuclear weapons. Yet this clown is day dreaming about somalia a country that doesn't even produce jam and imports it. A country whose government budget is equivalent to a mid sized town in the west. Yet somehow he is thinking about nuclear scientists.

Somalia should start with the basics. Build infrastructures that will provide clean water to its citizens, and electricity. As well a build decent hospitals and health care clinics to fight preventable diseases that is a death sentence in a country like Somalia. Then after that, we should think about developing high tech industries. But honestly, that seems impossible in Somalia due to extreme level of corruption. It seems to me corruption is wired in Somali DNA. Somalis are the most corrupt mofos no matter where they are in the world. I'll give you an example, my older brother build a family ownered company and he hired both Somalis and Americans. The American employees played by the rules, and the Somali employees cheated by filling false documents in order to get more money. My brother had to let them go and kept the Americans. Somalis are suppose to be God fearing Muslims, but it was the American gaalo who were honest. Ninyahow wallahi I have no faith in Somalis and the ability to run a country or company fairly with out corruption.

you can make your own drones, I think mechanical majors can do that easily.
