Different sections of the government have different roles. The sports ministry promotes sports and gets a meagure portion of the budget for infrastructure development.

Furthermore , stadiums will bring jobs to the locals as well as help increase Somalias budget

What Somalia needs isn't a sport ministry , that's a luxury Somalis can't afford right now. What they need is food and shelter look at the IDP camps in Xamar.
