In April, the government told privately run Aamin Ambulance, often the only source for casualties from insurgent attacks, to stop releasing numbers of dead and wounded, said the service's head Dr Abdikadir Aden. They also tried to restrict ambulances from blast sites, he said.

everyone must follow the law, if you want to do something about it then the law needs to be changed which allows medical equipment not be taxed but this has to be done through parliament. but until the law changes custom agents will implement the current law.

so either get a go fund me page for the charge and raise money or petition the government to change the law.
