• elect its own leadership

• have it’s own ministry of finance similar to other FMS’. It should be part of the federalisation of finances (revenue sharing etc) that are being implemented and also the power sharing model that’s been introduced.

Then you’ll see Banadir out of the hands of the FGS

EU have just dropped $20 million in budget support. 60% to go to FGS and 40% to FMS and Banadir
