Do you think that Somalis don't work for the FBI and other agencies? There is nothing wrong for working with an agency that solves crimes and gives families of the victims some sort of a closure. We want peace and yet, we despise law enforcement agencies.

If your sibling killed others, will you dob/snitch them in and face justice? I would because peace doesn't fall from the sky, everyone should be responsible for their actions, if they can't, instead of becoming anarchical, they should do be punished for their crimes. We Somalis don't focus in our upbringing of children on responsibilities, if they misbehave, we bash them (corporal punishment), they learn to be violent in times of anger and cause injuries or death, then we hide them. That is why we love law enforcement agencies to solve our problems when we are victims and yet hate them when we commit crimes. It is cultural and no wonder then, Somalia is lawless.
