The Clan gentlemen agreement or way of governing has been moved away from since the implementation of the constitution after the referendum in 2001 in most of he country except for Hartis who's lands weren't under SL authority and we had a Gadabuursi president who arrested some of my clan elders back 2006 and we didn't call the president to be kicked out from Hargeisa back to Boorama like Hawiye were doing to Farmajo and Muuse Biixi calling for gang teenagers to surround his house protecting him from the police taking him for questions for his comments against the govt that he used to call ironically "Authoritarian" and again the Sacad Muuse especially his SNM collogues in the security didn't go rouge against govt for clannism kkk
