Farmajo is confident he will return

He’s not interested in reconciliation even with a year left. He has never hosted a reconciliation conference to unite against al-Shabaab to me he looks like a man that is confident he can push his agenda through without opposition. He also spent time unnecessarily feuded with different state when there was no need.

This does not look like a man who has less than a year left.

Well the nation had to decide that first, we have to follow the law no matter what. I personally would love N&N to return based on who the opposition is but truth to be told, there are too many upset groups with legitimate concerns and their cries must be heard. I hope that there's a common ground that unites our people for a strong Somalia with vibrant federal states. I have a feel we will get this right insha'allah :)

There is no common ground which is my point. These two groups have a very different view of the country and neither can overpower the other. To me it seems like a continuation of the civil war. Why is the president of a nation not mediating and reconciling his country but his supporters are cheering Egypt’s president asking for mediation. Charity must start at home isn’t it

There's always a common ground brotha, the art of conflict resolution teaches us to compromise. Both groups might not get what they fully want but they will get something that satisfy the wound. Farmaajo has to soften his approach and listen to the views to get a better picture. Puntland must be realistic and think of the greater good of the country and not just the interest of the state. We will get through this somehow :)

Can you tell me what’s the greater good of the country? :cosbyhmm:
Why do N&N bots think Xarmaajo is some sort of savior that’s gonna fix every problem we have? The guy hasn’t fixed the problems he said he’d fix when he swore on the kitaab.

PL iayada baa isku maqan. :manny: We will not be told what’s best for us because we already know what’s best for us. We’ve been in this game for too long. We aren’t like these little states Xarmaajo likes to flex on.

PuntExit is happening wether you like it or not fella.:wow1:

I have it on good sources that farmaajo wont return.

Hassan ali khaire is going to run for president. they are currently negotiating on the plan because if farmaajo does run against khayre they will split the vote and lose.

It will be a very interesting time the next couple of months with this whole puntland refusing to hold 1m1v as they are afraid of NN being re-elected.
