Looks like the meeting will go ahead with all FMS attending. What are some possible amendments? Having elections in one city for each FMS given the security concerns in gedo and hiiraan makes sense. Elections would be in Garowe, Dhuusomareeb, Kismayo, Baidoa and Jowhar. And mogadisho for 0.5 and Somalilanders
