Remember one of the biggest achievements any government can achieve is a Social reconciliation program after a civil war. Farmajo promised a big game like all the b22n do, but it ended in 'igu sawirs' like all his other achievements. I am talking about real results not budget forecasts or political forecasts.

1. Society reconciliation. Urban and Rural tribal grudges, revenge, agendas and the elimination of Extremists be it political islam or religious islam.
2. Individual Politician reconciliation. No-one has addressed politicians who have personal grudge against each other, those who have interests such as 'power and greed', those who want to build a home overseas, those who want to use nepotism or buddy politics, those who want to forge policies to harm other clans or regions, those who work for foreign interests, those work for business or political islam interest.
3. Traditional Elder reconcilation. I mean the real ones with a history behind their Elder status, their internal competition for power and greed, their corruption, and agendas. Their lack of 'structure' like a Guurti or Kingdom with defined laws, they currently operate outside the government.
If he could achieve just that in his 4 years rather then waste his time on shabab or interfering in regional government elections he would've left a legacy but when he leaves offices there is nothing I can point to that has changed for the better in Somalia NO FUCKIN LEGACY, the next government could achieve the security outcome for Somalia and begin disarmament program that is realistic and supported and convinceable to the locals. I would even implement a rule any terrorist caught and after investigations are carried out and we know where he was hiding out in Mogadishu or outskirts, we will kill the best person from that xafaad and district.
