he should have explained what the opposition was doing and layed it out to the Somali people.

the next thing was to hold a 1 man 1 vote where he excused himself again because of the nature of the opposition and handed over the keys.

that way everyone could see the opposition did not want to hold an election and he also gave up his seat and that he held 1m1v and would give Hima stronger hand coming back.

A President term is 4 years, the most effective years are actually 1st 2nd and half of 3rd year, the year and half that remains is Election season.
