Quoting the constitution while PL grossly violates it by claiming only half of Mudug. GM doesnt violate the constitution in any form it is PL that does since the FGS, the lowerhouse and upperhouse recognise GM's authority over the whole of Mudug. Hence GM claims all of Mudug as part of its territory.
