Somalia's next government needs to tackle two security issues;

1. AlShaydan
2. Nomadic warfare-surely they can designate certain zones within each federal state which are used for grazing/watering. This way there is no overgrazing and nobody needs to die.
If you share a federal state, you can share grazing and watering holes. It's 2021 and young boys shouldn't have to walk around with heavy artillery.
