As of now CCP isn't aggressive to Somalia at all. The only way they could mess up somalia is if they debt trap somalia, and as long as our politicians aren't retarded then nothing can go wrong.
Whereas China will pull some strings to ensure SL doesn't get ictiraaf, possibly even VETO. The only problem is the stronger China opposes SL, the stronger the US will support SL.
