Federalism is the problem and is igniting wars in Galmudug HiirShabelle and Jubbaland. Federalism doesnt work for the diverse heavily populated south this will cause further division and clan strife and destroy the little progress we have left causing AS and co to take advantage. Btw its not written in stone! Our constitiution has still not been ratified and changes can and will be made inshallah. It only works well when you have states which are loyal to FGS like Mudane Laftagareen, this is more governor role which is acceptable.
