Wedding parties have traditionally been a woman only celebration. The Nikkah and Walima is a male only celebration.

Why are a bunch of men dancing around and watching a man dance with his wife? Where is the gheerah? Why would any sane individual be okay with him and his wife being surrounded by a bunch of men?
