I've had my hooyo do cornrows for me one time but I didn't keep them in for long I just like rocking fade with curly hair more

As for your question braids actually look good on some Somali guys (no homo) just get a design that'll compliment your forehead (Box braids if you have a big forehead. African braids if you have a small one)

Braids are actually ugly af not gonna even lie. At the very least cornrows but even those make you look like a juqurie

Never doing it, leaving the hair alone is best imo. At most I’d comb it.
