It is hypocrisy but you have to understand that Somalia needs to ally with one to counter the other. Now that Kenya is a unified republic, it can use it's might to subdue Somalia and continue the status quo while Ethiopia has to juggle with Ethnic politics. Mind you this isn't the TPLF government that the was supported. Kenya is the base of all these crisis groups and aid profiteers which means they benefit most from Somalia's condition. Ethiopia is a landlocked state trying to be cool with everyone so that it doesn't explode.
Ethiopia needs to be friends with Somalia more than enemy Kenya needs to be friends with Somalia
