Faraaxs, would you make your future spouse sign a prenup?

For those of you who don't know what a prenup is, it's basically a contract that your wife signs before marriage that protects yourself and all your assets incase of a divorce. Lot's of women don't like them because they want some of the mans money after they divorce but in this day and age, most men are considering prenups because the government fucks over men in divorce court!

There is no point in a prenup. They are basically useless.
If you wanna get married be prepaid to share all your assets.
If you don't want someone else to have shared control of all your assets then don't get married.

Prenups 100% protect you and lawyers can’t go through them unless you had a shit lawyer.

If you wanna get married be prepared to share all your assets!

Prenups don't help!

Despite the prenup, the judge said the estranged husband, Frankie Limata, was entitled to £1.2m to buy a home and pay off his debts. Speaking after the judgment, Luckwell said her ex had "contributed nothing to my marriage in terms of capital" and described the divorce laws as "a gold digger's charter".

The judge was able to override the prenup because he has to consider the financial needs of each partner – and in this case decided it would be unfair for Mr Limata to be left virtually penniless. Mr Limata had, after all, become accustomed to living in the couple's £6.7m London home just doors down from the Blairs.

If you have to protect your assets from the woman you are marrying, maybe she is not the person for you.

If you disagree with the notion of sharing your means with your spouse, then marriage is not a concept you should experiment with.

If you have assets to protect or have real ambitions to become wealthy I would suggest to not get legally married in some western countries. Just do it according to islam since western laws could be really bad for a muslim man it's probably the best way to protect yourself.

I’m not sure if your brain has comprehension skills, but prenups are for AFTER your marriage, like when you get divorced.

Or vice versa. A lot of women are now wealthier then their husbands and need to protect their assets too.

Here in Ontario, I think you can have your assets possibly pillaged if you are in a cohabitating relationship for 3 years! Meaning you don't even have to be married! Shit is crazy :jcoleno:

I’ve never seen a woman make her husband sign a prenup or a man go for a woman’s assets :mjlol:

Oh it happens especially if the woman is the breadwinner. A lot of them pay alimonies and child support these days look up the world has changed.
